Regus - New Haven - Connecticut Financial

I had this office space for over a year, and John and Donna were just fantastic! For any questions I had, they were prompt and extremely helpful. The office is always super clean, and the other business professionals were very friendly and respectful. The location is perfect, right off the bus. There's also a parking garage that you can use below the building. I highly recommend Regus in New Haven to everyone.

Came here for a TSA Pre-Checked appointment on the 19th floor, the day I came their systems were down, they assured they'd get me in 2 days later. I came in that day and they said they can't take me because they have appointments, and they might be able to fit me in within the next handful of HOURS! They had assured me that they would prioritize the people they couldn't get to a couple days before, I guess this was a lie on their part. Having to make the drive out to New Haven multiple times in a week just to wait hours both times to get something so simple is unacceptable... I guess to be expected from a bureaucratic agency. If you're coming here to get TSA Pre-Checked, you're in for a wild ride. I would reschedule for any other location if it's at all possible. It's a nice building, and

Do not use this company .. When you reach out to them for information or a quote they will claim that you agreed to a contract. Then, they will start sending you electronic bills. Please use caution with this company.

I liked how they have different levels of service/prices for different types of professionals. They will nickel and dime you a lot though.
