Regus - National Harbor

Fake nice woman pressured me to sign up without explaining all of the costs. Did not explain the hourly rate and the 1yr commitment until I asked. Just kept pressuring me to sign. READ THE FINE PRINT AND ASK ABOUT THE HOURLY RATE!

This company will incorrectly bill and severely overbill with little effort to correct their issues. The audacity to threaten with collections and continue to bill 6 months after we terminated their contract. Other customers and former employees have confirmed that these mistakes are not isolated and are likely intentional. I would encourage all to stay away from this poorly run business. Not worth the headache.

Very beautiful office, the atmosphere was positive and professional. The staff was very accommodating. After my meeting, I enjoy a awesome lunch at The Redstone. The Ribe eye was excellent btw lol

Thank you Regus for that generated response. Though I was promoted to call your help desk and email other parties. Your help desk supposedly escalated the issue to a manager , that I’ve yet to receive contact from. Your headquarters is in Switzerland and tbh you can’t even find a listed address. Which is a problem. I’ve notified multiple people of my horrible first day, how I’d like to disband myself from this company immediately for its horrible sales and resolution practice. Now you want me to contact customer service through email for a resolution , no one else was able to offer. Also when I was asking for other forms of contact this was not one listed. Very clean, peaceful and quiet. Great staff on 3rd floor. I haven't visited the second floor as of yet. Awesome views and a good central location for business in the DMV. I visit WPGR Station when I go...see you there!
