Regus

Short lease 2 very small office spaces. Front staff was the best part, very friend and helpful. Off site assistance not as much. Office spaces less than 150 square feet each, billed 1132.65 for “restoration” fee. The fee was not communicated before signing, just a vague section describing the fee but not the amount. In addition they charge a retainer which takes a month to get back. I was the only one using the space, supplies my own furniture. Absolutely no restoration required other than a vacuuming and dusting of windowsills. Absolutely blows my mind a 1132.65 dollar charge for that! Would not recommend this company!

Macy and Kiara, at the front desk, are both so wonderful! Both are so friendly and we Kieffer Tax treasure both of them. We rely on them, and they never let us down. I want to express that Macy is incredible. She is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, always available, and consistently goes the extra mile. Our many clients love her and so do we! As the "face" of the Missoula Regus, she is exemplary in every way.

This office has been a grave disappointment and harmful experience. The local staff have a high turnover rate, poor communication, and are unable to take care of any issues for you. Only corporate can make real changes, and they are difficult to reach, and even more difficult to work with. The absolute worst customer service. This company will take financial advantage of vulnerable clients. Be sure to read the lease fine print, they charged me multiple times my initial rent agreement in the first 30 days without verbal communication, only in the very fine print of their paperwork. They tack on unfair blindsiding charges on a regular basis. Their customer service is impossible to access. They have cost my personal business a great deal of financial burden and time attempting to resolve iss

The Regus building and offices are wonderful but the staff is even better. Nick Russo, the front desk manager, is so helpful and knowledgeable, he solved all my startup and setup issues. If you're looking for professional office space, Regus has the total package.

We enjoy having our offices here at the Regus Building. The location is nice, the parking is great and the receptionist Macy is beyond helpful all of the time!
