Regus - Miramar - Huntington Square III

Great building a lot of good businesses in there. Went to visit a marketing firm there called Figment Design, really love the atmosphere of the place.

Charlie and Chantal are great Charlie directed me from across the city Chantal helped me find a more reclusive area to work quietly which really helped me finish and make my flight on time

Good, Bad, and Ugly @ Regus Miramar Good: 1. Located in the Huntington Building 2. Great location Bad: 3. Very small office suites for the asking rent 4. Very cold temperature in the office suites 5. High tenant turnover rate, creating a hotel in and out atmosphere versus a professional office setting 6. Under-skilled reception staff 7. Under-skilled onsite manager - controlling tenants through legal documents and contracts rather than tenant friendly solutions 8. Ongoing technical issues with internet and phone service that leaves you without service for hours or days, and no reimbursement offered or given 9. Little to no respect for privacy. Staff and cleaning crew opens your office door without knocking Ugly: 10. Predatory rent renewal. What you pay coming in will increase

The walls are incredibly thin and I can hear every conversation from the people in the adjoining room. I know that someone named Sarah did not submit the reports in time and tried to blame someone else. I know that there was a company event the next week but she couldn't make it. Other than the thin walls, there are no refreshments, desks are small, and sometimes candy disappears. The cafeteria staff are super friendly but the food is mediocre.

The walls are incredibly thin and it seems I can hear every conversation from our neighbors. No doubt they feel the same way. Another minor issue is that workplace consumables such as candy tends to disappear when work is done on off-hours.
