I had a great experience! Our meeting room was exactly what we needed and the staff was very friendly!

I have never encountered such an unprofessional and discriminatory experience as I did with Kristen, the manager at the Regus Bloomington office. For an entire week, she denied me access to my mail, even instructing her colleague to lie about whether I had received any mail or not. When I approached her about the issue, her response was shockingly dismissive and unapologetic. She even claimed that there was no one to escalate my concerns to, saying, “This is corporate, and there’s no one you can report to.” This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially in a professional office environment. I feel deeply disappointed and disrespected by the way I was treated. Such behavior not only tarnishes Regus’ reputation but also creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment

Regus is accepting contracts from ICE in Minneapolis. Do better!

I have had an office with Regus for about a year now. Almost everyone here is so respectful and welcoming. I love our receptionist ladies. I have never had a bad experience here until today. I came in through the lobby floor and stopped to look at the directory. I was approached but a lady who I have never seen before. She kindly asked me if I needed help and I said no thank you, I actually have an office here. Then that's when things took a turn. She became extremely rude and I was being so polite the entire time (which I regret, but I have to be professional since this is my work setting). She was very demeaning and making it seem like I didn't understand her. English is my first language so I don't understand why she was speaking to me as if I wasn't understanding English.
