Tom and Kathy have always gone above and beyond to assist me with my office needs. Location is great, well maintained and close to restaurants. Highly recommend.

I have retracted my previous one star and moved it to a four-star after speaking with an amazing customer service representative named Kenneth. Kenneth truly listened to and understood my concerns and was fantastic in making me feel heard with my very real concerns. If the company culture can mold itself more around my experience with Kenneth, I believe that not only I would have had a good experience but your customers in general will have a better experience. If customers at least feel heard, they will feel like a person and not just a number on a balance sheet. Even if there is nothing that can be done about a particular situation, truly being heard and understood meant a lot to me. Thanks again Kenneth!
