Customer Reviews
Mail service is terrible. Bookkeeping is terrible. I've had 2 accounts for some reason and it's very confusing to see what and when they are billing for. Sometimes they bill a month early and sometimes they wait a month to send my mail. I ended up setting up my mail to send monthly after we had multiple items that were time sensitive affected. They changed locations and erased my auto billing information, then charged me a late fee because even though I paid it the day it was due, they didn't credit my account and charged me late fees, even with the email confirmation. The people on the phone are nice, however, they are very slow and I don't feel they are very knowledgeable beyond basic computer skills. If you have a problem, you will get that level and crickets beyond. I'm glad they moved
This company is a fraud and scammer. I was charged over $1000 for an office space quoted at $389 per month. They have so many hidden fees that’s not disclosed. Also, the retainer deposit doesn’t get refunded back to you. The contract states 30 days for a refund of the retainer but I am well over 60 days. Most of all, they don’t respond to your emails.
Disappointing Experience with Regus - Hidden Fees and Deceptive Pricing I had a very disappointing experience with Regus. The sales team initially quoted a price that seemed reasonable, but I ended up paying almost triple the quoted amount due to unexpected charges. I was assured a straightforward rate, but the final cost was far higher than what I was led to believe. To make things worse, when I decided to move out, I encountered a hidden fee that had never been disclosed. Regus charged me nearly $300 for a cleaning fee for a 5x7 space that didn’t require any cleaning. This extra cost was both unexpected and frustrating, especially given the size of the space and the fact that it was left in good condition. The experience left me feeling misled by Regus’s sales tactics and frustrated b
Was 2 stars. Now 1 star. They just keep getting more greedy and less helpful. Is it a nice building? Yes. Do they have a good setup? Yes. But in a time where office space is a plethora I recommend looking elsewhere unless you like constantly being price gauged. They are notorious for trying to increase your rent without you knowing, they hide key information in the fine print knowing you most likely won't see it, meeting rooms are charged $45/hr, and parking is $100 per person! It feels like a constant battle. You'd think they would be trying to retain people since turnover is more expensive, but they don't. Hopefully they make changes and stand behind their core mission.
With my wife working from home, circumstances and space sent me looking for an office to rent. Michael Sturdivant, the sales director, offered me a month to month plan where I could move out if I gave 30 days notice. The rent amount was fair at $321.00 per month for a private office. I had to leave a retainer (which he said would be returned if I cancelled), the prorated rent for the end of May along plus rent for the month of June. Just days after I signed my wife's work called them back into the office. I figured that's life but thank goodness Michael had the month to month plan.. I gave notice on May 28th. Over the next month the office worked with me coordinating the move out. They even gave me guidance on how to request my retainer refund. At the end of June I moved ou
