The building is truly stunning, boasting a variety of offices including a pawn shop, bank, lawyer's office, and café. It is well-kept with ample parking, though navigating the parking lot can be a bit perplexing.

Very sneaky tactics to get you into long term contracts with lots of fine print. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The office will tell you that your contract was canceled and corporate will come in and bill you for 3 additional months and harass you to collect. I was a long term tenant and they still treated me terrible in the end. Stay away and find another company that treats their customers right!!

The absolute worst experience of my life, unfortunately. I rented an office space with the agreement being from February 2021 to August 2021. Prior to the start of my agreement ( now obvious) the staff was saying anything to get me to sign and lock in the agreement with them. They made promises of what I can do and what benefits come with the office rental. Once i started the agreement none of what they promised me or what they advertised was fulfilled. I let that slide since I was there to just get my work done and leave. Towards the end of May I went on vacation and didnt return until the end of August when it was time to return my key and clean out my room. Upon arrival, i noticed one of the desks in my office were missing and a few of my items were scattered over the one desk that was

Horrible experience at this location. For the past 2.5 months I have rented a private office 2 days a week at Regus Hollywood. On multiple occasions, the staff members used their master key to enter my private office without knocking to interrupt my work day, which is unacceptable. I pay for a ‘PRIVATE’ office for a reason! The staff would enter my office without consent, interrupting my important meetings to ask me to switch to a different room to make it more convenient for other guests. That is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful! On another occasion, I entered the office at my scheduled reservation time of 8:30am to an empty lobby and no one at the front desk. I do not have a personal key, as I rent offices by the day, so the receptionist has to let me in every morning. I waite

We were set-up on monthly auto-pay and Regus has repeated over-billed our company. What makes it even worse is that they play as if they don't know what's wrong with their system and everybody passes you to another person that can't help. I finished my first year contract and didn't renew. It was a nightmare. They are very unprofessional - and, for such a large corporation - you would think their infrastructure would be more intact. It's shocking how unorganized and unprofessional they are.
