Do not do business with this company! They are not legally allowed to touch your mail without you completing a form 1583 from the federal government! They have no legal right to advertise on their site or any where else about having mail service! I confronted them about this. And the crooks still refused to refund my two months payment and I only signed up two weeks ago! One of my vendors deemed them as a security risk so I was unable to use their address and had to use my home address instead! Which is no good when trying to apply for government contracts! Felicia Johnson admitted the corporate office already knew there was an issue with the address. Which appears differently everywhere else from what they have on their website! This is the worst place to ever deal with. I don't want to renew for jan-dec 2025. I've submitted cancellation information. This company is denying my cancellation saying my account auto renewed on Oct 2024, so it cannot be cancelled. This company is operated on a basis of theft and fraud. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE. While with them, I've had credit cards stolen as well as my personal information stolen and used by this facility. There is absolutely NO way I want to continue a contract with this company of liars and thieves. Thus company has thousands of complaints on BBB and haven't responded to any of them. These are a bunch of crooks and thieves. They do steak your credit cards,mails, and lie directly in your face. No one in this company has any morales.

Awful company. The local secretaries are great. The actual company is a huge scam. If you are late on 1 payment they kick you out with less than 24 hours notice. NO compassion or care for the clients. Also this office space in Penn. town center in Hampton, VA is filled with roaches/bugs and carpet stains.

My business is registered with Regus and i receive my businessmail at the hampton, va location. During the past 6 months, I've had a total of 3 different credit cards that I had to report as lost/stolen. I've had to report these cards as stolen because for some reason I am not receiving them in my mail at this location. I receive other mails, but not my credit cards. The issue is either here or the mail carrier. However, when I mail the cards to my home address, I receive them without any issue.

This place is the legit solution for office space needs. The young lady at the front is very professional and I truly believe it's the staff that makes all the difference. I highly recommend.
