Regus - Franklin - Meridian Cool Springs (Office Suites Plus)

For a virtual mailbox service it's nothing special. I'm sure as other reviews state, the office space and staff are excellent but I have never met anyone and have never used the office space. My review is of the Regus help desk for billing issues. My concern is with their billing system. They missed charging my credit card on file because it had expired and I was never notified by anyone until I got some kind of final notice email that I happened to see in junk by accident. Once I explained this to them they didn't want to waive the late fee. They refused to understand that payment for services isn't an issue, but they need to actually reach out to the client to remedy the issue. In any case moving onto espaces downtown Franklin. Edit: they contacted me to refund the fee.

Love this office. Individual offices are clean and sizable. Multiple desk space in each room. Super clean and well kept. Fantastic experience!!

Our experience at Franklin Meridian had been exceptional. Deneen met with my husband and I at 5:00pm on New Years Eve. This commitment to meeting our needs has continued throughout our stay whether it be extra file cabinets needed or help with technical support. Deneen has always been available to help.

Very professional atmosphere with friendly receptionists! Deneen and her team are awesome and always there to help!!! Great experience for a small business/start up.
