Regus - Fort Worth - Alliance

Recently rented a room as a business owner. Two employees helped us set up for our meeting with chairs and everything. Then 30 minutes into meeting we were interrupted and told we had to leave. The man was EXTREMELY condescending. Rude and vague. Now they are trying to charge the card when they did not uphold their end and saying all info was at sign up. It wasn’t the booking system is not transparent AT ALL. I will be telling all my fellow business owners how terrible this experience was renting the Boardroom. Teach employees some etiquette. We could have finished our meeting and then discussed. No damage or anything was being done to the room. Never again.

So 1st off the facility and environment is nice I will say that. Organized, and always kept very clean. However, this company and its reputation is trash! They literally have several complaints with BBB and all these random strangers are saying the same thing. I'm so disappointed in this company, and that's a bummer because I was super happy at sign up time, but I was lied to and manipulated into signing a contract. They failed to tell me there would be a retainer fee along with rent payment. Immediately after seeing the billing online, I inquired about it, front desk receptionist told me oh don't worry it will automatically sort itself out. So despite being nervous and hesitant, I decided to trust the company. I mean they're a huge company, so I'm thinking they wouldn't deceive me. Well I

I like to try new spaces every now and then. And this was the worst experience by far. I normally use 3-7 days per month only. And the 5 days per month package seemed like a catch. But it is not. I’d rather pay a full price for a full month membership at common desk than to pay a dime on Regus, the place is like a zombie apocalypse hit the world kinda calm, no common areas, no perks whatsoever. And they tell you that it’s fine if you bring a guest along. But trust me it’s not. On a shared desk membership you’re not allowed to have any guests, do not take their sales rep word for it. And even the desk they gave me, I had a door right behind me, I wasn’t allowed to change it, and every time someone opened the door the door hit the back of the chair. Great place to office and great people! Ciara and Irma are always there to help. Offices are professional and clean. Gotta love the location as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for executive office space. Frankly, I'd check it out even if you're looking for traditional stand alone space.

We were looking for a more professional environment for our engineering firm and we finally found it! Cara and Landon are very nice and helpful.
