Regus - Fort Lauderdale - Sawgrass

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Regus. Their coworking spaces are modern, clean, and very well-maintained, creating a productive and professional environment. Special thanks to Maria, who has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and always attentive to any request. I particularly appreciate the flexibility of their plans, which makes it easy to scale up or down depending on my business needs. The meeting rooms are well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere promotes networking and collaboration. Highly recommend Regus, and especially working with Maria, for anyone looking for a professional workspace with excellent amenities and outstanding customer service.

A great facility if you're in need of Office Space or a temporary conference room, or anything in that arena. They have what you need, in a beautiful building with ample parking and close proximity to Sawgrass Mall. Their offices are upscale and they have all of the media necessitees that you require. We needed a room to train our clients in and Regus provided us with a conference room with a TV to connect the computer to. They have a farmers market out in the parking lot on Fridays. Great staff great atmosphere great facility you can't go wrong with Regus.

The atmosphere of the 4th floor office space is a testament to the diligence and consideration that Maria takes to ensure that everyone and everything is properly cared for. Along with Angelica, these two women make sure that every client gets the best personalized treatment they can get. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a clean, well-kept place to call their own.

Been here for over a decade and there is always great staff working including their current manager, Maria Duque. It is easy to book a meeting room or office whenever you need to. There is also a community kitchen that is kept clean.

Never lease from Regus. I leased an Executive office on the Plantation building and it was and still is a terrible experience. Expensive, offices are very loud. And they NEVER returned your deposit money. They ask you for a deposit when you start the lease and they tell you that it will be returned once you finished your lease. That is a lie. I finished my lease on June 2017, today is September 12 2017 and they still have not returned my deposit. I've called several times and they always tell me, that they will do it and nothing happens. Plenty of other places to rent an office from, stay away from Regus.
