Staff all changed within the last year to two years. Management refused to cancel a lease agreement that was "auto-renewed" without my permission. Due to their renewing of a lease without permission, the management is refusing to reimburse my security deposit, retainer and have now proceeded to put this amount for a lease I never agreed to with collections. Customer service offers no help. Front desk offers no help. 0/10 would recommend this location, you will be sorely disappointed with the new manager. DO NOT bring your business here.
First of all - kuddos to LAUREN the office manager . Totally professional and she runs a top notch office.... Now lets talk about the reason for this post - the virtual office with 5 days a month access to the facilities (AWESOME) . For any starting business that needs a business address and a professional environment I would recomend that office package all day long. I cannot tell how much of a life saver it was when I travel from different cities knowing I have access to this type of facility.
Their lease is tricks you into contract. "Auto Renew" and lies and then stiff you with no way out. Be Aware, find anything else but this place.
Great offices with a stellar staff and good vibes! We recently moved out due to needing our own larger dedicated space but Regus was a great option for us to get started! Big shout out to Beverly who was always so sweet and accommodating!
They trick you on your lease. Be aware. Also wanted a 6 month lease, but sneaked in. 2 year lease and won’t let you out of it.
