Regus - Folsom - Iron Point

Amazing staff on site! Sarahn the manager, is incredible, very helpful and knowledgeable about all things Regus. The space quiet and clean; it's is great for working, networking and in a prime location! I spent many breaks enjoying walks in the park and exploring the neighborhood!

Dont rent a workspace here. The person at re front desk who is also the city manager is a rude and selfish individual. We saw her be rude towards her co-workers and it was hirroble. Co-workers were nicer and treated us good but the manager was jjst the rudest individual we had ever met in our lives. No respect whatsoever and doesnt rven dress up like a manager should. Comlletely unprofessional attire . Ripped jeans, sweatshirt and a baseball hat and braided hair,? Come on . For goodness sake dress up appropriately like a manger should and stop treating people like they are worthless

Beware of this company we are going on month number 10 with no follow up or reply or reason as to why they stopped paying out our commission. This company is all about getting you in and signed up but then after a few months turns around and stops paying commissions and finds ways to cheat you out of what you earned. Stay away from this company don’t get swindled by there great marketplace that stops paying.

The business concept is a great idea, but the people running this enterprise are terrible at their job. Apparently every female working there, their name is Rebecca, this is just shameful. I called and asked a question about my account and agreed to be place on hold and the girl ended the call. I called back many times and at one point she picked up and cut the call immediately. After calling back 10 times she picked up and had the nerve to tell me I was supposed to be on hold. Anyways, they are cooking up stories on why you are getting charged extra and cant even get their story right. Would not recommend anyone here

I have never rented office space at Regus Folsom personally, but I have utilized the services of a CPA who rents space at this location in Folsom for well over ten years. Overall it is a nice building, the receptionists at the front desk are helpful and courteous. The common areas are nice and well maintained. Over the years I've had the opportunity to have meetings with my CPA in several different office spaces. There seems to be a variety of square footage spaces available, depending on square footage needs. I can't speak to the rental rate, or overall value, but having my CPA utilizing this location for so long does speak well for it.
