Avoid this company at all costs. They operate in bad faith and behave like scammers. They’ll promise you one thing and do another—adding hidden fees, making misleading claims about services, and increasing prices without warning. When you try to address the issues, they ignore you completely. They even refused to go to arbitration, despite it being clearly stated in the contract. Instead, they charged my account and disappeared—no responses, no resolution. This is a failed company trying to trick people and steal money. Stay away.

Terrible! I registered for a space to take a virtual meeting in a secure area during my travels. I checked in just fine. But then, I left for lunch, came back and there was no one available to let me in for an hour. As a result, I missed my meeting. I blame the management for not having this space staffed properly. People use this space for important business, and it’s so wrong that I wasn’t able to conduct my business because only one person works there. I requested a refund via email but haven’t heard a word back. I heard bad things about this company but thought one day wouldn’t hurt. I was wrong. Please trust the negative reviews. I wouldn’t have even left this comment if I received a refund, but unfortunately, here we are. They couldn’t even bother to rectify the situation. UPDATE:

"Dishonest individuals frequently break their promises, so it's crucial to carefully review the contract before signing. Watch out for the following: 1- Hidden fees for additional services that weren't agreed upon in the contract. 2- Misleading claims about services. (Make sure everything is clearly written in the contract.) 3- Unexpected price increases when renewing the contract without any notice or explanation. 4- They will keep ignoring you when you ask them about those problems. Regus is a scam! p.s - Even your reply pushes people further away from you Regus. Good luck with your meaningless approach.
