Regus - Doral - Downtown Doral

This is my second attempt because I don’t know how my PERSONAL REVIEW got removed from GOOGLE when its supposed to stay there for other people to know about this company, don’t know how much they paid to Google to remove this same words, and this was for 2024 year after returning back the Suites keys at that horrible Regus on building 8333 Suite 450. For anyone who reads this review, is very important to understand that part of this review is divided in between The Regus Office in Doral 8333 building and the HQ Management for pays, “tickets” and reimbursement of security deposits. First of all, the Building, parking and down stairs lobby staff that is not part of Regus, they where very friendly and helpful, kind, and unique. Tabytha has made renting a space at Regus such a smooth process. Her energy is unmatched and the office environment she creates is so welcoming. The spaces are so clean, I’d definitely rent here again.

I love the aesthetic look of the facility and cleanliness. Silvia and Tabytha are energetic and optimistic making myself and my clients feel welcome. I'm always looking forward to my days in the office with this amazing duo.

Really disappointed at how inflexible Regus has been. Due to the pandemic my US work visa has been postponed while I already signed a 1 year coworking office agreement. I requested if they could make an exception to pause my membership until I reach to the US as I am planning to have 10 employees and upgrade to a private office as soon as I reach there. Unfortunately they are not interested to assist but instead continue to charge me for an office I have never made use of. It is clear they do not see me as a long term business partner. All I receive is automated emails asking if I am happy, while I have never even entered the office. Its a corporate machine who only cares about their own bottom line. I have had an amazing experience with the Regus - Doral team! I especially really admire their receptionists, who are among the best I have seen for their customer service. They are professional, polite, and very helpful! I highly recommend you establish your office here! Great location in the heart of Doral!
