This company started out fine and initially provided services that met our needs. We paid in full and upheld our end of the agreement. After several years, they changed their internal policies and could no longer provide the services we were paying for. Did our fees decrease? No. Were we allowed to exit the contract? Also no. They can change their policies at will, but customers are still expected to comply with the original contract terms regardless. When economic conditions forced me to lay off employees, two of whom were administrators on their portal, the problems worsened. While their office continued emailing me directly for requests, all invoices and contract renewal notices were sent to the former employees’ email addresses. Staff are friendly, our office is a nice space with beautiful windows, and the coffee is excellent! I have very much enjoyed working here for the past few months.

Don’t become a member. This place has the worst customer service and you can only speak through email. I will never do business here again or recommend anyone. The support ticket is useless when its read by the same unprofessional staff.

This is a slumlord for small businesses. Rented a 4-person office for a business I was buying. Paid for just one month because everything was so uncertain. The deal fell through two months before November (the month we paid for), I informed them that I wouldn’t be renewing for another month. They still charged me $680 for “cleaning” an office that I never even stepped foot in after they presumably rented the office to another business and collected double rent for the same month. After all, they told me how popular this place was and how the rooms were going so fast. I’ll update if I actually get my deposit back. Ten bucks says I damaged something while I was never there, as any good slumlord would claim, so they can nickel and dime me. As if I didn’t lose enough money on the deal falling
