Regus - Chesapeake - Crossways Blvd

I had a bead experience here with the staff. Not anything internal but external . If you fall sick or ill and can’t continue to pay there is no options No help, no nothing to do but continue to get harassed. I became sickly and could not continue my business and Regus could care less. I will further look into my Disability laws to see if there is something I can do to not be charged monthly for something I’m no longer using. It’s been almost one year and Regus is still charging me monthly so my debt is getting higher and higher for their gain….

Regus Chesapeake has been the perfect fit for my business. Daniel and the Concierge team are always professional, friendly, and take great care of my clients when they arrive. The offices, common areas, and restrooms are very clean and well-kept (shout out to Ms. Tia!). The coffee is on point too!

I haven't had a customer-service experience like this in a long time. Top notch across the board. Beautiful space and a responsive, knowledgeable staff, headed up by a charming and professional office manager named Daniel, who also serves as the space's receptionist. He had me sold within 5 minutes.

Absolutely the worst mistake you’ll make by trusting them with your business. They’ve been sending a daily “due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be understaffed today” email over the past YEAR. The building has been evacuated for an array of reasons right in the middle of peak office hours. Power outages, phone outages, a/c outages, COVID cleaning, gas leaks. All in the last 6 months. Anything they can possibly use as an excuse to not provide you with the services you pay for. When you bring it to their attention, they tell you “all of the items you have listed were out of our control and none of these instances were deliberate. This is covered in the house rules under the Force Majeure section.” I paid this company $900/mo just so I can send my staff there for a couple hours in the
