Terrible conditions, temperature differences between 60 and 86 in one day. Dirty dishes, worst restroom you have ever seen. No one is cleaning the restroom for months. Terrible conditions at an enormous price. The Management is not present and is not taking care about any claims!!! Everything else, but REGUS. RUN RUN RUN!!!
Unfortunately, I've had a less than satisfactory experience with this company's billing department. I used their office space and co-working services. The front office staff was fantastic and even tried their best to help but were unsuccessful. The staff and the office space is the reason I'm giving this three stars and not one. The billing procedures were confusing and inconsistently applied. When I first signed on, I informed them several times I only wanted it for two months. Due to holiday and technical issues, I was unable to put in the "non-renewal" request before the deadline and they charged me for another full month. The deadline was missed by two days and multiple attempts to rectify these errors were met with resistance, making for a disappointing and frustrating experience. I'
The staff -- Christina and Janice -- are so friendly, helpful and engaging. They want their clients to have a good experience and truly work to make that happen. I highly recommend this Regus location!
This has the most friendly staff ever!! This is a great community of various businesses. Thanks for Regus for providing me great office space, while my business has grown!!
