Regus - Cerritos - Cerritos Towne Center

Just arrived at 12:15am to check in after cancelled flights and delays and got sorry system resetting, can’t give you the room you paid for have a set for 20mins. Completely exhausted this is Unacceptable. Reset it in the early morning hours like 2-3am or have a way to get me a room. I should NOT have to wait. Will never stay here again!!!!!!

HUGE PROBLEMS: (Updated to 0 stars - I emailed customer service 3 times and NO RESPONSE by any form, including email or phone after several weeks. I am escalating this by filing an official complaint and report with Business Bureau. It will not end there, I will make sure others are aware. See others reviews from Facebook below - I am not the only one with complaints about how Regus operates). I had the lounge membership that I got there. I was told something that I found very odd - that I cannot check-in to use my member after 1pm. Second thing I found odd was when I was also told that after 1pm they turn off the lounge lights (WHICH CAN BE A LIABILITY - someone can trip, fall, get hurt, etc.) in the picture the lights were already off at 12:45pm. I have been with Regus for almost 10 years, strictly with the Cerritos location; as a professional, I was looking for a place that was well-maintained, attentive to its tenant’s needs and exuded a professional environment that would serve a dual purpose: I would feel comfortable taking clients to the building and the clients or prospective clients would feel impressed. The Cerritos Regus location has never failed in accomplishing these two tasks for me and this is directly attributed to the inner working of their staff namely: Laura and Alexis. I have been a client at Regus, Cerritos center for over 6 years, and the office manager, Ms. Laura and Ms. Alxis, the receptionist, are wonderful people. From their greetings with smiles to their professional services, the whole day makes me very happy to be at the center. And they are one more reason for me to have an office at this Cerritos location.
