Regus - Cedar Hill - Uptown Village

My experience trying to cancel a Regus contract has been extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about their billing practices. In February 2026, I attempted to cancel my contract and was told I had to first pay an outstanding balance of $222 before cancellation would be allowed. I paid it immediately. However, after paying, the system still would not allow me to cancel. Customer service simply directs you to submit an online inquiry instead of actually resolving the issue. Then in March 2026, my account suddenly showed a balance of $258, supposedly for late fees that I was never told about when I paid the $222. Again, I was told I could not cancel until the balance was paid. I paid the $258 as well, and now I’m told it will take two days for the payment to process before can

Pioneer Drivers Education School moved to 610 Uptown Blvd in June 2025. This is the best business decision that I have made in a very long time. Mrs. Tammy Tisdale gave us the grand tour of the facility and explained everything in great detail. I knew immediately that this was the place that I wanted to bring my driving school. Mrs. Tisdale and staff control visitors entry into the building which reduce the flow of unscheduled client into my office. She calls me when my client arrive at the office. Her efforts allows me to conduct other office business instead of waiting in the lobby for the clients to arrive. Also, Mrs. Tisdale and staff bring my mail and packages to my office. This is one of the best—if not THE best—office spaces for solo and small businesses in the Cedar Hill-DeSoto area. My clients always compliment the building and my office space. Ms. Tammy and Ms. Irma keep things in tip-top shape. I enjoy seeing them every time I go into the office. They are excellent office managers and receptionists. Not once have my clients ever complained about the receptionists. Moreover, I like having access to other locations, just in case I need office or conference space on short notice. I intend to stay here as long as possible.
