Regus - Buffalo - Key Center - Downtown

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Regus. I rented office space on a month-to-month basis for February and March 2024. Instead of being charged twice, as agreed upon, my credit card was charged four times without authorization. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my retainer deposit to be returned. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, Regus has been unresponsive. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete rip-off. Their business practices are highly questionable, and I would strongly advise against using their services. This experience has been nothing but frustrating and financially damaging. I will never use Regus again.

Terrible account management, lack of customer service, charges late fees after your payment has processed. Several late fees. Will not take phone calls. There is no help desk unless you put in a ticket and even then no one answers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM. They refuse to contact anyone that actually needs help. They add erroneous charges to your account without your knowledge. They will not acknowledge that they have done this. They even go so far as to charge you for cancellation without ever showing you the cancellation agreement. Their business practices are egregious. Terrible experience. Its nearly impossible getting ahold of anyone to assist with your account. And they don't respond to your emails either.

My company, Compliance & Risks, has been leasing office space from Nick, Liz, Osman & the Regus team for just over 2 years now & it's been a terrific experience. The offices are nicely appointed, well-maintained & affordable. The amenities - free coffee and tea, wifi, printing, etc. - make it easy to plug in & start working immediately. Whenever we have clients in, the Regus staff takes extra care to help us order in lunch & snacks leaving us time to attend to our visitors. And the Regus team, overall, are just friendly, nice, funny & easy to work with. We love the Regus team at the Buffalo Key Center & would recommend them in a heartbeat. ** Edited to correct a misspelled name :)

I couldn't be happier with Regus. I'm a partner in a small company, and when we decided to get office space in downtown Buffalo, these guys were far and away the most affordable. When our business grew, they made it easy to scale up to a bigger office. We were fully moved within a couple days. The entire office is in an amazing newly-renovated condition and its fully furnished, so you feel good when clients come in. Additionally, I just have to say that the Regus staff at our location is great! They're personable, informative, and beyond helpful. Definitely recommend!
