Regus

I book office space at the Regus Park of Commerce location in Boca Raton, FL. It’s a productive environment with plenty of amenities such as a printer/copier, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishes, etc. Tomeka manages the day-to-day operations of the facility when I’m there and always has an office ready for me when I arrive and provides a key fob to entering/exiting the office space area. Tomeka is very personable, professional, and willing to assist with anything you need. She’s a GREAT asset to the Regus organization and to all of us in the Park of Commerce location.

Stay away! Run Run Run. was there 2 weeks after I was told a bunch of lies by a sales rep. was billed $1500.00 , for a $330 a month contract. made me pay $1100.00 after I argued. for 2 weeks. bunch of bogus fees. just google Regus on BBB - RATED F

It's a new location, beautiful new offices but the worst customer service. I asked questions and they answer with an actitude like is giving me information as a favor to me. Rude and without knowledge of the business. Having been a loyal member of Regus for many years, I must express my profound disappointment—this has undeniably been the most frustrating experience I have encountered to date.

I wish I could give 0 stars. It says 24 hours, but it doesn't seem to be open at 6:30pm. Trash!
