As a tenant since 2021, I am pleased to express my satisfaction with the services and facilities provided. The professionalism of the front desk staff and the overall quality of engagement are commendable, and I would confidently recommend the Riverchase location to other professionals. While there have been occasional challenges, they have consistently been addressed and resolved promptly. I feel my needs as a tenant are well-considered, and the facility is maintained to a high standard, particularly in the break room and restrooms. I declined a contract renewal in January 2023, received an email from the helpdesk to speak with the local management and acknowledged termination of existing service, spoke with local team, cleared my office and turned in keys 1APR23 before expiration of 30APR23. They automatically renewed and say I'm locked in through OCT23. Prior to attempting to not have my contract extends beyond the 6-month term, the service was great. The facilities are outstanding and never had a problem with wifi. It's a shame, I had previously recommended them and was going to come back to them in the fall.

Worked here for 2 years until promotion moved me to another office in Mt Brook. Very serene back pond with turtles and ducks to watch during lunch break. Facilities are clean and well maintained.

The community manager is great, but this office location has repeated Internet issues (Wifi will connect, but no internet on the actual connection). With no internet, and no IT support there locally to help -- the fees for using the property become a complete waste (not to mention the time spent traveling to the center to try and work and then having to try multiple troubleshooting methods to connect to the internet). Would highly recommend going somewhere else. A month later and I'm still out $500 for a non working office space because of the internet. I would NEVER do business with this company again, they don't care. Go elsewhere.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Particularly, this location. The office manger, Infinity, is so Rude and nonchalant, has a know-it-all attitude but barely knows anything. Shouts at clients and talks over them when you make inquires that she has no clue on resolving. Let me not even get started with their payment systems which are not integrated meaning if you pay via ACH they all get confused and if you do not enroll for the credit auto pay they fine you $34.00. Quite frankly, I would stay clear of this company. Also, don't fall into their sales gimmicks blah blah blah very unprofessional Dana Reeves.
