Regus - Austin - Arboretum Plaza

Log Masters Restorations frequently utilizes Regus offices across the country, it pains me to write this negative review for their Austin location, but I believe it’s necessary to share our recent experience to inform others. We've successfully used Regus in other states to support our business model, which involves remote operations before setting up physical shops. With plans to start operations in Austin by late fall, we chose Regus once again, expecting the same level of convenience and service. The office building itself initially seemed impressive—clean, safe, and with ample parking, which ideally suits our clientele. However, the service we encountered was a stark disappointment. On my visit on May 20, 2024, the receptionist was unaccommodating from the moment I arrived at 8:30 AM

Years ago it was great, they gave us great space and it felt like it was our office. As they found more long term people, we got worse and worse options and were stuck in closets by comparison. They will also try to use their contract to lock you into renewing, even when the service they provide drops every month. If you do it, stick with a month-to-month because the product will change for the worse.

This place is trash. They do not show any form of customer service and are only there to charge up as much fees as they can. Poor communication and terrible customer service.

Staff lacks basic courtesy and efficiency, making the entire experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this Regus office.

Excellent working space, friendly staff, last minute availability, and ability to book online. 5 star service.
