Regus - Atlanta - One Hartsfield

I booked meeting space with Regus in October for a meeting scheduled on Dec 3&4. I got an email last night that says my reservation was cancelled, although I did not cancel the space. I have multiple co-workers flying into Atlanta for this meeting and we find out a week before that they’ve leased our space to someone else, with no other rooms available….and “sorry for the inconvenience.” Now we’re stuck scrambling with 1 week, over a holiday week at that, to find space for our scheduled meeting so that we don’t have to cancel flights and hotels also. So frustrating and disappointing. Will never use this company again.

great place to work! professional staff, modern facilities, and convenient location near the airport. highly recommend for business meetings or office space.

I'm a new virtual office tenant at the Hartsfield location, and things have been great. I'm so happy to be out from under the burden of my brick & mortar office. This has been an easy transition and much more affordable option. The manager, Laura Spottsville, has been extremely helpful in getting me set up and answering all of my questions. I'm very happy with the service. I highly recommend.

This location is beautiful and convenient, although the ball was dropped on our end when we first got here Ms. Laura was so very helpful and extrememly courteous during the chaos...she has gone above and beyond to make our space comfortable and I would recommend this location to anyone!!!!

I just want to say that the customer service that I received from Laura is TOP NOTCH. She is attentive and follows through on what she says she will do. This is RARE and very much appreciated! Thank you Laura for all that you do, A+++ all the way.
