Regus - Atlanta - City View (Office Suites Plus)

Amazing customer service. The front office people were great with helping me with any questions that I needed. I also needed a phone charger and a computer charger and someone went out of their way to look out for me. I highly suggest coming here. They have many clean offices, which are great and a lot of quiet spaces for us to work.

Love the chill vibes and modern decor, perfect for staying productive. Great views of the city too!

I have recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Regus.Due to an unforeseen circumstances , I found myself unable to continue using their services. Despite this, the company continued to charge me, which I believe is completely unjustified since I am not utilizing their services. I made every effort to make payments over a period of six months, but unfortunately, I couldn't continue to do so .Desperate for a solution, I reached out to them 30 days ago, hoping to discuss the possibility of terminating our agreement. To my surprise, they have shown no willingness to assist me or find a resolution. Avoid Regus if possible. But if you do end up signing a lease at a Regus location, look VERY carefully at the terms. I rented a coworking space here on 6 month contract. After the first 3 months, they auto-renewed me for another 6 month contract, at a 15% increase in rent - without giving me a verbal warning. I had tried countless times to get the "second" lease terminated. They did absolutely nothing, it was impossible to reach anyone of significance or decision making, and they ultimately took every opportunity to screw me over in the end, denying my many requests for a cancellation of the 2nd (auto-generated) lease, or even an early termination of it.
