Regus Amherst

Do not rent here. Terrible management. I moved from the downtown location to the Amherst office one month early. Management told me I could not receive a 24/7 access card until my official move-in date of 2/1, and that until then I could only access the office Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. I paid the required retainer—two months of rent—to secure the early move. However, there is no permanent receptionist on-site, and I was later told they cannot even hire one until February. I came in two days straight and the office is closed. As a result, I can only use my office if someone else with a 24/7 access card happens to come in at the same time. This situation is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Stopped in for a tour, as we had previously used the Williamsville Regus for a meeting room and this space is really nice, clean, and staff is very professional. Very impressed!
