Regus - Alpharetta - Deerfield

Overall Regus is decent to work with and a good option if you're just starting off. Overall, the staff at the Deerfield location is great to work with. The facilities themselves though could use some work. Internet can be spotty at times and the fees that Regus charges will add up over time. Also the walls are very thin and noise from neighbors can be a challenge. Again though, it is decent and workable especially when you are just starting off.

I love the staff at the Regus Alpharetta Deerfield location. I have always felt welcomed. They are very professional and always willing to assist you in any way. Questions and concerns are addressed promptly.

STAY FAR AWAY. -Invoices are always incorrect and do not get fixed. --->Impossible to communicate with corporate/accounting team to resolve. -Cell Service in Building is blocked. Phone Service they offer (which I paid extra for) did not show up for 2 months. Plan on taking all your calls in the parking lot for an indefinite amount of time. -Mice Problem on second floor kitchen. -Freezing cold temperature. Winter jacket in the office. Again, no resolution. -Walls are thin. You will hear every neighboring office conversation. -No Weekend Access, as agreed to. Key Readers do not work, again no resolution. I would not recommend anyone sign a lease with this company, no matter the location.
