Regis Salon

I went here in September to have my hair done for a family photoshoot. I was the first apt of the day and when i got there 5 minutes before my appointment time, the hair stylish took another woman who did not have an appointment before me. I had to wait over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to get my hair done, then to be told to have soft waves was considered an updo and the girl said she was horrible at doing curls. I couldn't believe the hair stylist didn't know how to curl straight hair. I left 2 hrs later for a simple hair cut and soft wave curls with way too much hair spray, my hair way too overdone instead of looking natural (not what i wanted) and the woman was so rude to me. I am never going back to this salon.

This was absolutely the worst hair salon I have ever been to. I took my 6 and 8 year old daughters to get a shampoo, trim, blowout, and bun for their daddy daughter dance. It was their special day and they had been looking forward to it all year long. Walking in, the lady who was supposed to take my oldest was busy so she asked for someone else to take her, this was ok since she was busy but made me feel as though she didn’t want the business. Next I showed the stylist, Karen, who was to be working on my youngest a picture of what I wanted done-face framing layers and keep the length so just a trim. Well inches upon inches were removed from a child who has hard to grow hair. My daughter was so upset to lose her long hair and now never wants to go back to a salon. Next, another lady, Sheila

After having my hair dyed extremely badly at another salon, I was feeling a little jaded about getting my hair colored by someone I didn't know again. I came to Regis to get the color corrected before I went to work (it was bright orange and I felt ridiculous going to work like that). I sat down with Sarah and she was wonderful. Great consultation, quick service, great results, and on top of that I had very pleasant conversation with her. She even made my hair color look pretty even, despite getting really chunky highlights at the other salon. The color was gorgeous. Not only did she know exactly what she was doing, but she was a pleasant, sincere person. I highly recommend her.

Horrible hair salon. Do not go here. I went here to just get a simple flat iron done. My hair was not silky straight as it usually is when I do it at home or get it done at a salon. The woman were catty and just did not seem so happy to be there for a career they chose. The woman Anna who did my hair was fixated on pointing out every split end or brittle baby hair I have. Will never return or recommend. Left feeling worse than when I came.

Have been there a few times hoping each time it would be different, it wasn't. Decent hair cut is all I can say.. the lady who has been there for a while is rude. Our hair stylist didn't converse at all and seemed to rush through the cut to get us out. Over all not impressed at all.
