Regal Nails

Most the people are very nice but the quality of my nails not so much. First off it took 15 minutes max for her to do my nails they turned out crooked, nails were different sizes and shapes, and there are a few super thin nails and a few super thick. My nails were also not laid down the best, so they started to lift at the bottom not even a few days after I got them done. I had a gift card the lady didn’t even tell me how much it was and took the whole gift card. My friends also got there nails done while I was too there nails took way longer than mine, but one of my friends asked if she could get an almond shape her nail lady said “it’d be cutest in a different shape” and no matter how many times my friend told her she wanted almond she wouldn’t do it, and her nails looked horrible!! I came in an hour before closing so I felt bad, but I am so happy I stopped here for my nails. I think she did amazing and I loved the customer service, can’t wait to come back :))

She did a very poor job , put a few brushes of clear something or another on one coat of plain red and one coat of shiny red . Didn’t get it even to the edges . Never even had to clean anything up and the shaping wasn’t even in existence. Had them done Thursday and this picture was taken Saturday. I will never go back.

I took my daughter there for a very simple manicure, with a basic almond nail design. We explained, even had a photo to show exactly what she asked for. The younger woman was very pleasant and tried her best to help, but she was with another customer helping with a pedicure. So my daughter was seen by the elderly manicurist, she did a duck shaped French manicure instead of what was shown, or what was asked for. Then she asked if we were happy and I said no, this isn’t what she wanted at all. The younger woman explained to her and she got mad about having to change anything, and my daughter had to live with the duck nails (which has already hurt her while being applied) and we just had her change the paint color, which was neon pink and not anything she wanted. Never going back, rather pay

I’ve been there 2 times and we have spent way over 100 each time plus tip and it was the most unfriendly experience with Kelly the owner (she says ). We thought maybe a bad day the first time but no they don’t do what u want ur nails done like. Try and make conversation and nothing just a shitty experience both times. Will never go back. The first time I tipped 100 cuz I thought they were having a bad day but naw same thing. Never ever will I go back and I’m from okc here to visit family we try to have a day out but here never again
