Regal Nails Salon & Spa

This is the worst salon and experience ever, the guy was very rude, i barely could understand what he was saying and when i was asking to repeat he was getting irritated. I needed just plain black gel color, first of all my nails look bumpy and uneven, second - after filling my nails, to make it little bit shorter he did not soak off my nails in the soap water to completely remove dust from nail filling, so now i can see white small nail dusts on my black colored nails, third - he was gonna put black color without applying the base coat. In sum - worst experience i ever had, would never visit them again even if they are the last ones left in the world.

Terrible Service They don’t care about their customer service. I made a gel nail and pedicure appointment which should take about an hour to complete. On my way there, approx 30 minutes, it was pouring rain so I was exactly 12 minutes away and they refused to do my nails. Calvin who is the store manager, would barely look at me and was very rude. He claimed he made another appointment, yet I saw him leave the store to take a break. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

They did a great job. It was a little confusing setting up the appointment on the phone due to potential language barriers/not understanding but they did the french tip dip well and for the cheapest price I’ve ever paid for dip nails.

I made an appointment to have my nails filled. When I got there Nicky was just starting in a pedicure. I said to her I have a 4 appointment. Wht would you start a pedicure when you know I was coming. She did not care. Not going there again!!! I was good to her. Gave her great tips and for her to just tell me to wait till she was done was so damn rude!

I went for a walk in full set for my sister fill for me and a pedicure the lady said it was fine and to wait they took my sister did her nails and I thought I would be next but the guy took a different customer and asked me to wait 45min to an hr more to get my services done I told him I couldn’t because I had work soon and he said ok come back another day but call first very bad service won’t be going back .
