Regal Nails

If I could give a 0 star that would be the option. The lady that did my pedicure was sweet as sugar. The lady that did my fill RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The file down was horrible. 3 of my nails feel like that have speed bumps , my candy cane looks like my 7 year old niece did it. I showed the picture before hand of what I wanted asked if she was able to perform AND assured her if she was unable it was fine I didn’t need the design. Upon completion when I checked I told her I didn’t like it and what was wrong she tried to tell me it was normal …. As a licensed individual I know that’s wrong immediately after touching my nails I then tried to explain my license and talk to her in proper state board terminology she again tried to argue I was wrong speaking ill of me in her native tongue not

I love getting my nails done at Regal Nails, especially by Hang. The prices are very competitive, and the quality of their work is excellent. Plus, it’s super convenient—I can get a beautiful manicure and take care of my shopping at Walmart all in one trip!

Well that’s how you lose business. Go in to ask about a pedicure I can see they are busy she said maybe 30 minutes I said okay can I sit here, on the waiting chairs. She said maybe better you come back 30 minutes. Oh ok bye moving on. I was happy to sit & wait I’ve had a pedicure there before and they do a nice job but being told to come back in 30 minutes I’m good. I’ll go find somewhere else.

I liked the service but my nail came off next day, I feel so sad after spending $80 yesterday and now my nails are like this. The gel nail polish is ripping like sticker!

i’m so upset i grow my natural nails out and thought i’d get gel i got them done on the 2nd it is now the 5th and the nails are horrible my nails where filed so thin i can’t even begin to explain how sad i am
