Robert is literally the best! Not only is he super personable and makes you feel at home in his chair, he is very obviously dedicated to his craft and very smart! He explained how and why so many things work with certain hair types, colors, and chemicals and even with my knowledge as a nurse, I was blown away! He figured out how to give me exactly what I wanted despite it being a bit challenging from my attempts at my own DIY failures 😬
