Refresh Roxi

DO NOT RECOMMEND ❌ I was so disappointed when I left. 😔 I sent Roxi a picture of my hair and a picture of the (Balayage) service I wanted, she said she could do it. However, she made me wait for an hour after my scheduled appointment and appeared to be working with another client and just going back and forth between us. After she started, blow-dried, and washed my hair, the tone was different (lighter/blond) and not what I had hoped for; she suggested going a little darker the second time. The final result was a complete failure, completely out of proportion to my expectations, and she did mess up horribly! (4hrs) of my time wasted, She said I could come back and have it corrected, but I could see right away that she’s unprofessional!!! Go somewhere else…

She gave me the best balayage I’ve had with the exact color I wanted. While I was there I also asked for Botox and lash extensions. The Botox application was super quick and pain free and my results were amazing. My lashes were just right with very clean application. Definitely recommend!

I have been a customer to roxi more than 10 years. Roci has cut our family hair and my wife and daughters have done their with her. Perms and styles what ever you can think of. She's the best 👌🏼 👍🏽. Very recommended 👌🏼
