Refresh Nail & Spa

I don't like to leave this kind of review but here it is: I started to go here 6 months ago, everything was great until today. The owner, Young was so rude to me. When I call and ask for a specific tech, she always says, ok come now. When I arrive, I get someone else. Today I walked in, so she was the one I got and when I told her last time she did my nails, the tips were see thru to my nail. She gaslit me and blamed it on me. Does it everytime! BAD! I'm a business owner, I do what my customer asks. They're paying. It wasn't a lot to ask to make sure the tips were covered. I said it nicely. Then , I asked to book Esther on a standing appointment. She got annoyed, said I can't, she's busy every day with standing appts. Told Jessica to help me. She tried but got mad and they both just ignor

I went today with my boyfriend for the first time and I really enjoyed it . Hanna gave me the best care ever. She did everything I asked her to do . Um the only was that I was going to get yellow French tips and shimmer at the base coat. Um it didn’t go as planned . I ended up only getting shimmer which is fine I’ might change the color soon . I’ll definitely go back again . Thank you guys for your amazing work and dedication ❤️

I went there today for a fill in which on the prices says from $50-$65 and the ladies were all really nice. When I went to pay I was charge $77 for a fill in. When I got home I checked the prices again and turns out I was charged for a brand new set which I didn’t get. I just got a fill in.

Employees are so rude and disrespectful. Specially Esther and Jennifer. They had me wait while doing other customers nails first saying soaking takes 45 minutes. My nails already chipped off in one day.

This nail spa is the best of the best!!! So friendly and accommodating and my nails come out perfect every single time. I have been going to Refresh every two weeks for about a year now and I won’t go anywhere else!
