Kristina and Dr. Chang were AMAZING from the moment I stepped in the door. I've never been there before, but they made me feel super comfortable as soon as I stepped through the door. I was treated with enthusiastic kindness from the moment I walked in to Refresh. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help. Greg met me at the front desk and introduced himself then I was taken to the room and made comfortable. Greg explained the different types of injections to me, what each one was for and how it was best used. He spent a good half hour making sure I understood every option available and the effects of each. I never felt rushed or pushed into a procedure I wasn’t comfortable with.
