I purchased a Groupon to try out their services. I have been calling for a week now and no one has ever answered nor bothered to return my calls. There is no outgoing message to indicate that they are closed for the holiday or anything like that. When I went to check their business hours on their website, it appears they are just closed but Google hours say differently. Anyway, this lack of care about potential customers is appalling. If they can’t even bother to return a phone call, what else aren’t they doing?

I go to Eva for lash extensions. She is absolutely amazing! Always makes sure I am comfortable before starting and before I leave, she always makes sure I am happy with my lashes and if I’m not, she will fix whatever is bothering me.
