I Came last thrusday at your salon for a full head of highlights, but the result was extremely disappointing. The color looked nothing like what we discussed — in fact, my previous lighter shade turned even darker, and it honestly looks like no highlights were done at all. I was very well blamed that I dint allow them to bleach hence thr result dint come, well I already showed them the hair which did without bleach. They were far far more better Unlike something she did which dint look 1% like full head highlights. What added to the frustration was the complete lack of accountability. Even the stylist agreed that the result wasn’t what she intended, yet no effort was made to correct it. Geavonia was great very patient and explained in detail to me and my mom step by step how everything would come out and gave us options on what to do. She’s very friendly and easy to talk with. Made us both feel very comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Geavona did an amazing job! She was so sweet, we had great conversation, and she made me feel so pretty with my new hair cut. A profoundly disappointing experience occurred during my second visit to this establishment. While my initial visit, facilitated by a Groupon offer for a basic hair trim, was fine, the subsequent service took a significant turn for the worse. Upon completion of my highlights, the color applied to my hair was significantly much brighter from the reference image I had provided. The resulting shade was noticeably brighter, resembling a vibrant red! I expressed my dissatisfaction to the hairstylist, who informed me that she would need to consult with the owner, Barbara. I purchased a Groupon for a gel pedicure and called to schedule the appointment last week. I spoke with a very nice lady who mentioned the shop books quickly and try to call a week ahead. She tried to reschedule me, but at the time I couldn't lock down a date and said I would call back. I don't typically disclose to a merchant that I purchased a Groupon, as they tend to get upset about it or want to put that appointment on the backburner. I called today and spoke with the receptionist (very rude-didn't sound like the first person I spoke to who was really trying to help and be accomodating as I work a typical 9-5 job) and made an appointment.
