What I experienced at this business was RACIST, discriminatory, and deeply degrading. When I entered the establishment to inquire about services, I was immediately told, “We are fully booked,” without being asked what I needed or given any opportunity to explain my request. This response was dismissive and presumptive, and it set the tone for the interaction. The employee then became aggressive and visibly hostile toward me. Concerned, I asked if she was okay. She responded that she was “nervous” and “scared” because someone had come in “behaving weirdly.” This statement was completely false and alarming. I was calm, respectful, and simply asking about services. The implication that I was frightening or threatening was offensive and rooted in harmful stereotypes. I am a Black woman, and

NaNa did AMAZING and probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends. I asked her to do medium pressure and it was perfect! Thank you so much, and I’ll be back again!

I had a great experience at the spa, the receptionist was friendly and the massage ladies were great! The rooms are clean and welcoming. I felt really comfortable with all the security measures they have in place for clients and therapists. I would highly recommend the couples massage here!

Reflexion Spa on Sheffield is a hidden gem for anyone in need of a solid massage without the spa price tag. I opted for the 90-minute deep tissue session at $123, and it was worth every penny. The therapist was attentive, using a mix of techniques—including some back walking—to really work out the knots in my shoulders and lower back. The space is clean and modern, with a calming atmosphere that helped me unwind immediately. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the pressure was a bit inconsistent at times, but overall, it was a great experience. Definitely planning to return for another session.

My first time here! On time. Clean. Professional. I had CeCi and she was a strong! But always checked in to see how I was feeling. Great spa. Great for last minute availability. Also I came here on a Wednesday and parking was available right in front during the day. It is close To Wrigley field so be mindful of that.
