Katie is incredibly talented, professional, and flexible, and she consistently does an amazing job with cut, color and extensions. It was my good fortune to have sat in Katie's chair when she was still with Frank Gironda many years ago and I have followed her since then. She is THE BEST!!!! She is very knowledgeable with colors, highlights, extensions, cuts of all types of hair and different hair styles that is currently a trend or not and even styles for weddings and special occasions. The salon also offers so many different treatments. She keeps herself updated with the current styles and trends and what's happening in the industry so she can offer new and the best products to the clients. She listens carefully to what he wants, stays attentive throughout the appointment, and he walks out loving his hair every single time. Very excited to have found RefleKTion Salon. I went in for a consultation for hair extensions because I've never done them before. When I entered the salon, I was greeted by a nice woman who gave me a tour of the salon. I then met with Katie and she is wonderful. She spent much time explaining the process and answering every single question with kindness and patience. She truly is a gem! I was highly impressed with the entire experience. I booked an appointment to have Katie work with me on extensions. I feel very safe with her as she is very knowledgeable! Also, I love that RefleKTion Salon is a safe and sustainable salon.
