My go-to stylist is Lee. She's very kind and accommodating. Detail oriented and patient, even though I have really thick hair. It takes about an hour for a full haircut. Lee is wonderful and makes my visits easy. I use a power wheelchair and can't get out of my chair. Some salons can't move their seats because they're bolted to the ground or their workspace is too small for me and my chair. On my first visit, Lee didn't turn me away and instead made her work area accessible and let me sit in my own wheelchair. She still does this for me every visit now. I have been going to Regis, now ReflectionZ for 3 years now and will always return.

I always appreciate the attention to detail with my cut and color. Absolutely love Mei's styling expertise whether I am wearing my hair short, long or somewhere in between. She is also great with color; I recently went lighter and got lowlights to help manage my grey hair. I started going to her when my previous stylist grew out of my price range about 15 years ago. Best decision ever!
