She took the time to understand why I was unhappy with the services I received in the past and told me how she would provide a higher level of service. Jessica is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed right off the bat, very friendly and personable. Best haircut I’ve literally ever had. My hair is very thin and she gave me beautiful layers that gave my hair lots of volume. She is also very accommodating and helped me get to a color I really love as I wanted to try something new.
