Reflections

Electrology was something I really wanted to do for myself for a long while, but it intimidated me. The minute I met Joanne she made me feel comfortable and understood. Like I wasn't alone. She's extremely skilled and equally caring towards her clients. Cannot recommend (or thank) her enough!

I have been seeing Dawn for a Brazilian wax for almost 2 years now. She is so gentle, takes her time and truly cares about her clients. She is also a perfectionist and has never left any excess hair on me. She makes you feel super comfortable. I have been to an another spa (in Epping) and they were rough, painful and left a huge patch of hair on me, and rushed me. Dawn is the only person I will go to for waxing ever again!

I visited Joanne the past week for my electrolysis treatment. She was absolutely fantastic. She explained the entire process to me, very thoroughly I might add.she told me what it would feel like and I have to admit that it felt exactly as she said. It was not pain-free but it wasn't horrible either. I look forward to continuing my electrolysis plan with Joanne!

I went to Dawn to get a brow and lip wax. We had great conversation and she did a fantastic job shaping my brows ! She has found a returning client in me for sure.
