I had the pleasure of getting a facial from Joelle at Refined Esthetics, and the experience was a 10/10. She was professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Her space was peaceful, clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Joelle took the time to understand my skin’s needs and provided helpful tips and solutions. The facial was incredibly relaxing, especially the neck massage, and my skin felt deeply hydrated afterward. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment and highly recommend her services.

Visiting Refined Esthetics by Joelle was a wonderful experience in a very relaxing atmosphere. She provided an expert consultation, which helped me to think about how to better take care of my aging skin. Had my first facial today And I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was. Joelle is so gentle and her procedure really refreshed me. It gave me a glow and made me look alive! I felt alive too. I have been going to Jo for over 4 years and I’m never switching up! When she first met me I had acne and dark spots all over my face- now people ask me what is my facial routine.
