I had the best experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left! As soon as I came in I was warmly greeted by their receptionist Esmeralda. I already felt so comfortable with her welcoming spirit. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Shireesha who I did an eyelash lift / tint along with eyebrow lamination /tint. Not only was she super nice and professional but so funny and easy to talk to. She listened to my requests while also giving me tips on how to sculpt my eyebrows as well. I am absolutely in love with my results, especially my eyelash lift. Overall all of their staff is very nice and I will definitely be going back soon!

Fine hair: beware. I booked a blowout for a special occasion and was wanted to support local for this service. I've specified both in the appointment textbox request and to front staff that I have fine, untreated hair, it's healthy but delicate. I wear glasses, so I could not thoroughly monitor the blowout drying process, but even with my low vision I could see visible smoke coming from sections that were being dried. There was that much product or hair burned. The heat left burn marks on parts of my scalp. The hair, though sleek straight days 1 and 2, upon closer inspection was revealed it was riddled split ends. I always had successful blowouts at salons with proper hair protectant and technique. I've never experienced split ends before and have no idea where to start the repair process.

I’ve now been here a handful of times with different people. Elva will be my go to person and Tiffany can be a back up option if I need the cut sooner and can’t wait on Elva to be available. Elva knows what she is doing, I’ve had her do my hair twice and she gets me and what I’m going for and even surprises me with it looking better than I thought it would and that’s from her skills. I super appreciate my cuts from her more than anyone else from here. Tiffany is nice and she is not scissor happy so I trust that she won’t cut too much. But she needs more guidance and pushing for what you want otherwise she will do what she thinks looks good and for mine we really had to keep editing and I had to get my moneys worth. For example I told her I usually get my hair texturized and she said shes

I been going to this salon for years and always book it online. The set price was $88 when i went to the front desk the lady added an additional 35+ dollars to my bill! I wasn’t told about any hidden fees and i didn’t get anything additional done to my hair, just the basic service that was chosen and booked. Because of this my family and I won’t be returning! They will lose valuable customers for doing this, it’s horrible service to add that much to your bill without telling you why and being upfront!!

The salon is very clean and modern, and all of the staff are extremely friendly. Booking online has been so easy, and you can give them a credit card to have on file for easy payment at the end of your service. Tiffany is incredible, and each time I have gotten my roots done with her she has done an incredible job removing all of the leftover dye from my head and scalp, so I can walk out looking perfectly fresh and put together. Her blow outs and cuts are also amazing! Thank you so much!
