Refine Men's Salon of Roseville

I have been going here since it was Calle Eighteen Eight Men’s Hair Convenient in the Fountains in Roseville. Upscale prices and great services. I just get haircut but they offer beard, hair coloring and additional services. The barbers and stylists are not limited on time spent with a custom so it is much more casual and enjoyable than going to a fast cutting place. The flip side to that is the pricing is higher so if a tight budget is important probably not the place to go. My opinion however is that even if money is tight, a good haircut is worth more than many other things for the same dollars. Once you have gone there a time or two you may like the same person who knows what you like it you can try everyone, they are all talented and friendly.

Horrible customer service! My husband paid $50 for a trim, including tips and a wash he never got. And the barber cut his neck twice. Leaving visible marks. He didn't notice until he came home and I pointed it out. I took pictures for proof. We emailed them and never got a reply. We then called and they said the wash is mandatory whether you get it or not. Washes are supposed to be optional! She told us to email the photos of the cuts and they still never got back to us. We tried calling multiple times, but they don't pick up. By far worst salon we've experienced.

I'm very judicious when giving review ratings; However, my teen boy just had a haircut at this salon this morning. The picture speaks for itself - we went right back in to have the bottom straightened. I don’t see us ever returning to Refine Salon, which is sad because it's in a great area and easy access.

I regularly went here but not going anymore. It’s been a week since my haircut and I get an 8 buzz. The crown of my head was missed, my Calic was skipped. It’s been 1 week and I already need to get another haircut. Not to mention the time I was in before that, I scheduled an appointment for their first appointment of the day before going to church on a Sunday and I had to wait 15 minutes for the doors to open past my appointment time because someone who had a key was late causing me to be late. The manager told me that my appointment would be no charge due to their tardiness yet as I was walking out they stopped me to pay. Completely unprofessional and unprepared. Would not go here again.

The front desk was courteous and friendly. The hair cut was terrible right there with supercuts! I will never return to this place again.
