Refine Beauty

We've only lived here in Missouri going on 2 years in March. We found Olivia by chance and she's been amazing. Last night was the first time I took my daughter to get her hair done with highlights. Olivia didn't disappoint. As soon as my daughter was done she sent out a mass text EVERY contact in her phone... She's in love with her new hair. I definitely recommend going and making your appointment with Olivia.

What a great experience! We were lucky to spend over 5 hours with this crew!! Personally I had Shay for hair and Grace for makeup and enjoyed great conversations with them while they worked their magic! The whole team works well together and they were a delight to talk with, laugh with and ask for advice! I highly recommend Refine and plan to move my hair services to their shop in O’Fallon!

Pretty late making this review but thought it should be known. I had an issue with one of the co-workers (JP) not communicating to me very well and left me hanging for days without a response. Then, I got in touch with the owner, Brandi, and she immediately just started making excuses following my complaint, she started acting defensive? My friend was with me during all this and saw this, and she is pretty good at sensing people’s attitude. When Brandi did my trial, she was very shady and made “smart”comments all during the trial. I just really “faked my attitude” as happy because I didn’t want anymore drama. She really made me uncomfortable and sought me out as a “crazy bride”. Two of my bridesmaids, my mother, and my MIL immediately sensed her attitude when she did our makeup and hair on

Absolutely adore Brandi! It’s always so nerve wrecking when you go to a new stylist but she was SO kind and made it such a relaxing experience. I’ve seen some negative reviews for her but I can tell you those are not true. It’s an absolute pleasure to sit in Brandi’s chair. 10/10 recommend.

Brandi & the team at ReFine was nothing short of amazing! I used their services for my wedding on Oct 18 2025. She got me in for a trial over the summer and answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb. (I am not a hair and make up girly). My whole bridal party felt at ease with her and her crew the day of the wedding. They are great with timing, professionalism, and fun. I will be going back to her for other services in the future!
