Nail length is absolutely messed up, they are lumpy and polish wasnt brought to the edges. Two stars was only because they seemed pretty friendly and more open to request as long as they know you. They don’t know you? They slap some nails on without paying attention and send you on your way. Update a few days later… absolutely can’t stand my nails and pinkie nail is sore with dull pain that won’t go away.

I had an absolutely horrible experience today! I went to get gel on my nails that’s all! Well the man who did my nails was incredibly rough, he let my nails soak for too long and filed them too long making them very thin causing them to hurt and burn and the undersides of my fingers peeling. Then proceeded to do acrylic on them which I don’t like and am sensitive to causing more burning. Then when he did the gel for the color he left them uneven and poorly coated. Highly disappointed.

I want to start off by saying that if I had listened to the old man that is incredibly rude that I believe is in charge of the store I would have ended up leaving.. However I am stubborn and did not listen to him which he made quite clear as he was telling the other people that worked there that I was stubborn and did not listen. They did not have the red that matched my nails and I was in a pinch so I had them ombré it and add snowflakes. The other guy at the front of the salon argue that that was not possible and my nails came out looking wonderful! The prices are pretty good and even though my nails are not perfect they did a very good job considering I was in a huge rush. Just don’t listen to the rude old man the other technicians there are super nice

The guy that did my nails (the picture said Courtney on his license) was super nice. The guy that did my daughter’s (she is 15) nails was rude and super rough with her nails. My daughter said when he noticed how much I tipped him (before I knew what happened with her experience) he was nice. I finished before her. Our nails were sore after and we can see the imperfections!!

Took my grandparents to this location for the first time. Have never had better more genuine service, Felt to comfortable and had my grandparents given the best time. The services prices were more reasonable than I am use to. The spa service for pedicure was executed with amazing skills from all the team. They talked to us the whole time with personality and was very patient with my old people. Loved this location. Wouldn't go any where else and now have my grandparents are addicted. Also easy parking lot to move around and plenty of spots for the location. 🤩🤩🤩 10/10!!!
