I had an amazing experience with Bianca at Reds hair salon. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and in good hands. She really listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The cut/style turned out even better than I imagined—sleek, fresh, and exactly what I needed. I’ve gotten so many compliments since! Plus, the salon was clean, relaxing, and had a great vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylist who truly cares about their craft and your satisfaction. Can’t wait for my next appointment

I came here for a trim - nothing fancy at all. Just wanted my hair overall length shortened. I came on time and apparently the lady took a walk-in right before my appointment time. So, she had me wait for 30 whole minutes, while the cut only took 15 minutes... Then she acted like she was expecting a good tip. I didn't know the place was cash only (I didn't see any store signs inside indicating it was cash only), so I had to walk over to the convenience store next door to get some out (and paid $3 in fees) and handed her a $20 bill. When she didn't budge, I had to ask for change - can't believe she was expecting a $20 tip for a trim job! On top of all that, she even said that she had no 1's. So, I ended up being forced to give her more tip for terrible service! Will not be back.

Melanie at Reds has been taking excellent care of me and my daughter for years. I highly recommend her! She is creative, innovative, and an all around amazing hair stylist. Melanie listens carefully to her clients and goes above and beyond to please everyone! Keep up the great work Mel!!!

Went to have hair done color cut by Melanie. My color didn't even come close to the picture I had shown her. I unfortunately ended up with hair that looks like rusty water. Only the second time I saw her. Would not recommend.
